1. Starting on the first line, type your first and last name. Press Enter.

2. Type your professor's name. Press Enter.

3. Type the course name. Press Enter.

4. Type the day, month, and year. Press Enter

Your professor may want you to include the name of the assignment, too. Follow your professor's directions!
