Form: will be VERBing
Negative Form: will not be VERBing or won't be VERBing
Examples:
We will be waiting at the baggage claim area when you arrive.
I
won't be waiting for you when you get back.

Use: actions that will be happening at a certain time in the future.
They will be showing the movie by the time you arrive.
I
will be staying at my summer cottage if you need me.

For future plans, use the present continuous or "going to":
John is taking time off in August, and we're heading up to our cottage in Vermont. (use with already arranged future plans)
The nursing department is going to expand into a new building sometime. (use with intention of doing future plans)
